Area 18 is in the great state of Texas and includes 53 Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) & Navy National Defense Cadet Corps (NNDCC) units from the Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio areas as well as Southern New Mexico.  Rockport-Fulton High School is located 36 miles north-east of Corpus Christi and is part of the Aransas County Independent School District.
