-Leadership: Cadets Are Leaders In the School. Cadets Are Expected to Behave and Act as Good Citizens at all times! Cadet Behavior is noticed by admin and teachers in the school both good and bad.
-Service: All Cadets Need to Perform a Minimum of 20 Hours of Community Service Annually. We want cadets to learn to give back. It is very rewarding and builds a strong relationship with the school and the community! Cadets who do community service will be the ones selected for field trips and other NJROTC benefits!
-Set the Example: Cadets Are Expected to Wear their uniform with pride, typically once a week! Cadets are expected to try to promote. They won't always promote, but they need to learn and try. Cadets are expected to follow grooming standards.
-Fitness: Cadets Are Expected to strive to be fit! This is a challenge, you don't have to be in great shape but we expect you to try and improve your personal fitness! Being fit leads to a lifetime of better health! We will do PT in Navy PT Gear typically once a week!
