Hayley is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a new mom, she understands the importance of providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
Hayley's journey began at Florida State University, where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Initially focused on pursuing a career in Speech Language Pathology, Hayley made a pivotal decision to switch paths before starting her Masters Degree. This decision was influenced by her personal connection to autism, as her brother and cousin both have an Autism diagnosis. Witnessing the remarkable benefits of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in their lives, Hayley's interest in becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) was ignited.
While working towards her Masters in Special Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, at The University of North Florida, Hayley simultaneously served as a registered behavior technician (RBT). Her five years of experience as an RBT allowed her to work with clients spanning all age ranges, providing her with invaluable hands-on experience in implementing behavior analytic interventions.
In May 2019, Hayley's hard work and dedication paid off as she earned her BCBA certification. Over the past two and a half years, she has excelled in her role as a BCBA Supervisor, demonstrating exemplary leadership and a deep commitment to the well-being and progress of her clients. Her expertise and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the success of the individuals she works with.
As of May 2022, Hayley has taken on the role of Clinical Coordinator at Learning My Way ABA, where she continues to make a significant impact on the lives of clients and their families. Her passion for training and professional development has made her an invaluable asset to the team. Hayley actively collaborates with her colleagues, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of ABA.
With her comprehensive academic background and extensive practical experience, Hayley is a trusted professional in the ABA field. She is driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of individuals with ASD and is deeply committed to empowering families in their journey towards growth and progress.
