The WES Wave

The WES WAVE is a brand new Wellfleet Elementary School student run online publication. Each grade meets once a week with Mr. Staker during our new Digital Media class, "THE WES WAVE." For our first project, each class split into groups to report on what's been happening around the school so far this year. Grades 2-5 used iPads, laptops, and shared Google Docs to collaborate with their classmates to write their script. Grades K-1 also wrote their own lines and used Kid Pix to create a background image for their video. We then recorded in front a green screen and edited these videos together for our community's viewing pleasure. PLEASE ENJOY!
