Here we go...COIN FLIP WORKOUT

You will need...

• one coin to flip

• an open space to do the activity!

How to play...

• Flip the coin

• If it lands on heads, perform the activity...if it lands on tails, perform the tails activity

• Complete all 10 rounds :)

• Maybe ask a family member to do it with you
