About the Creator of NutriMama Guidebook
Hello! My name is Kim Rapin, and I am thrilled to help you out on this journey! Graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Foods, I've created this guidebook my last semester during my internship at Hope Pregnancy Resource Center, in Flagstaff. Throughout my studies, I've developed a deep admiration for the beauty of pregnancy and the importance of nourishing both mother and the beautiful baby growing during this incredible time. This project aims to simplify the overwhelming world of nutrition during pregnancy. This guide covers various topics for you to explore at your own pace, providing meal planning tips, general nutrition information, and more. I want to emphasize that I am not a Registered Dietitian or a Medical Practitioner. All of the content is backed by reliable resources and has been reviewed by a Registered Dietitian and by a Registered Nurse who has obtained an ultrasound certification and worked as a NICU Nurse. As you navigate through this resource, my wish is for you to discover not only helpful insights but to also rejoice in the wonder and joy of this transformative experience. Let's join together in celebrating the miraculous journey of pregnancy and the influence of nutrition on this remarkable stage of life!
