Does age determine technology awareness (question 12)?

It does but only to an extent. In my work as an instructor, I notice that younger students are usually the most tech savvy; however, I believe that almost anyone can master technological awareness with enough curiosity, perseverance, and practice.

Do I Use Social Media? (Question 9)

Yes, I use Facebook ads manager to create ads for the NAU Foundation.

I believe social media is a versatile and affordable tool for businesses and organizations to reach and communicate with their audiences.
