The Board meets every-other month, beginning in February 

Meetings are generally 1.5 hours on Thursday mornings, beginning at 10am 

Meetings tend to be in-person with a virtual log-in option 

The Board term is three years with a limit of three successive terms 

Officer positions include Chair, Chair Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary 

Board members are not required to give financially, but donations within ones means are encouraged, as is participation in fundraising efforts (see responsibilities below for more information)
