I have been a mathematics teacher for the past 32 years. I specialize in grades 9-12 alternative programs, but also have experience with comprehensive high schools and middle schools. I've spent over a decade working with continuation students and assisting them to successfully complete the math requirements for their high school diplomas. I have also spent over a decade in private education where I was responsible for all of the math courses in grades 6, 8-12 which included working with the local college to provide multiple dual credit courses. 

I am dedicated to students learning and understanding math. And I strive to develop myself professionally each year.

I've been married for 30 years. My husband and I love to find new places to travel, hike, and kayak. If I can't do any of those, I love sitting in front of a fire with a good book and hot beverage.
