Fitness and Fun! Challenge a friend while getting exercise and having fun.
Here's an exercise, err I mean game, that you can play with a sibling, friend, or one of your grown ups.
What You Need: Some space, a pair of socks (for each person), and an empty bin or box.
To Play: Start 4ft. back, do 10 squats and shoot your shot! If you make your socks in, take a step back and do it again. If you miss, grab your socks and continue from where you left off. First, person to 3 wins!
Switch it Up: Change the exercise to make it different every time. Try push ups, crunches, or burpees! Increase the number of exercises from 10 to 15 to make it more challenging. Modify it to meet your needs and abilities!
