About Me

More About Me:

I grew up in Elk Grove and got my B.S. in Human Development, teaching credential, and M.A. in Education all from UC Davis. When I’m not teaching I love to spend time with my husband and 1-year-old daughter, Noelle, play with our dog, paint, watch movies, and go to Disneyland. This will be my seventh year at Star Academy and I feel so lucky to be a part of this amazing community. Your child may already know me as Ms. Lack from their time in kindergarten. :) No matter the grade, I strive to help my students be responsible, kind, and creative while learning and having fun.

My Favorite Things:

• Colors: Lavender, Blue, Red

• Drink: Vanilla Latte

• Favorite Snacks: Any chips, chocolate chip cookies

• Stores: Target and Amazon

• Place: Disneyland (I love anything Disney!)

• Sports Team: Sacramento Kings

• Hobbies: Painting, Playing Ukulele, Watching Movies, Spending time with family
