Hello! Welcome to Pre-K! This will be my seventh year teaching at Nativity and over thirty years teaching Early Childhood. I am excited about meeting all of you, and happy to see some familiar faces shining back at me as well. I am looking forward to the year ahead, and ready to help partner with you and your student to learn and grow as a child of God.

We will focus on academics through centers, small groups, story time and morning meeting to prepare ourselves for Kindergarten. It is my hope that every child develops a love of learning and keeps that wonder alive throughout their life.

In addition to academics, I feel that it is equally, if not more important, to teach children social and emotional skills to develop independence, show empathy, patience and compassion towards one another. "Keep Jesus in Your Heart," is a phrase we often use in our school, and one that I feel should encompass our daily lives.
