What educational opportunities will be provided?

Workshops will be provided for students & directors from Broadway professionals & theatre educators 

What workshops will I get to attend?

Students will attend dancing, acting, and singing workshops led by our Broadway adjudicators! Directors and Parents will also get to attend workshops that are tailored to them!

Fees FAQs

What are the deadlines?

Group Registration Fee:

$500 group fee due at registration 

(there is limited seating, so registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis)

Solo & Monologue Registration Fee:

$50 due at registration 


All student & chaperone (and director fees if necessary) fees are due November 1, 2024, for every group or individual 

Limited spots are available... Priority is given to groups who have paid their registration fee.

What is the cost?

$210 per student

$160 per chaperone/parent/family & friends

$500 group registration fee

$50 fee for students participating in monologues or solo!

Do directors have to pay to attend?

For every 10 students registered in your group, one director attends for free (all other directors will be only $110)

Group Performance and Solo & Monologue FAQs

How will performances work?

Each group or solo & monologue performer will perform for the judges and then receive feedback right after the performance. Performances will take place on the Brown Theatre Stage!

What elements can I use to enhance my performance?

No set pieces are allowed, but you may use the 6 rehearsal blocks that will be provided. Hand props are allowed and costumes are allowed. 

How does the Solo & Monologue category work?

A student will choose a solo or monologue to perform on the Brown Theater Stage, after performing an adjudicator will work with the performer on their performance and make it the best it can be. The performer can perform either a solo or a monologue under 90 seconds (minimum of 1 minute). 

Can a student perform a Solo AND Monologue?

A student may choose to do a solo AND a monologue by registering twice.

Adjudication FAQs

How will we be scored?

Each production will be evaluated on a scoring system and given a rating- Superior, Outstanding, Excellent or Good. Feel free to take a look at our judges form here.

What will judges look at to determine score?

Acting, Singing, Dance, & Ensemble work. Take a look at our judges form.

What else will my students get out of this?

A Main Stage concert with a Broadway star! Acting, Dance, and Vocal workshops. Technical Theater Championships. Themed dance party. All Stars, Seniors, and Flash Mob Performances. Friends that last a lifetime. And so much more!
