Announcements:

• 2025 Track Season Informational Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, March 4th at 6:00pm. Interested students should join Google Meet using code: wilsontrack. Students must be signed into their school Google account in order to access the Google Meet.

• LONG JUMP CLINIC

Message from high school athletes: 

Sophie and I are high school juniors who are also track athletes who have been participating in Long Jump for the past three years. We are also part of National Honors Society, and for our lead project we were looking to help clinic and coach the middle school athletes who are interested in long jump so meets are able to run more smoothly with them in addition to having them be better prepared for competing at the high school level. 

As of right now, we have a tentative start date of May 17th if we have enough interest from students, and it would be great if your athletes could fill out this form: https://forms.gle/Jku2hFctu3ykt1nt7 by Tuesday, May 13th so we are able to reach out to the athletes and their families to get the necessary paperwork filled out. 

After we gauge interest in the clinic, we will be able to work with the athletes to figure out when we will do more clinics, as we were hoping to continue this program next year if it goes well this year. You can also let the athletes know that they can fill out the form later than Tuesday, but it will just take more time to get them involved with the clinic.
