The School Committee and the Natick Public Schools’ primary goal is to create a culture of belonging in the school community. Wrapped within this goal is the effort to foster and cultivate healthy patterns of relationship, positive culture building, and approaches to discipline that focus on restoring relationships. Stakeholders are mutually cherished as a means to all students, families and staff being their true, best selves in our community. In doing so, we will have created a community of belonging.
