What is the ELPAC?

  • ELPAC is a group for parents or guardian that work together to advise the schools and district on matters that impact English Learners (ELs).

Who can be on the ELPAC?

  • ELPAC membership is voluntary and is open to all parents of students in Natick identified or previously identified as ELs from grades PK-12.

What does an ELPAC do?

  • Provides advice to the district/schools regarding English Learner Education (ELE) programs;

  • Participates in the planning and development of programs designed to improve educational opportunities for ELs;

  • Collaborates in the review of school and district improvement plans as the plans relate to ELs;

  • Reviews proposals by the district to offer new instructional programs for ELs.
