In keeping with our goals of developing life long learners and aligning with the Massachusetts Physical Education Frameworks our portion of the Wellness Program focuses on the importance of the total health picture. Along with Health classes, the students in Physical Education will learn the importance that good physical, mental, social, and emotional health play in their leading healthy, happy and productive lives. These disciplines will encourage the students to make good choices and to take positive steps to improve their current health, prevent future health problems and recognize and accept responsibility for their own health.

Creative Movement
Team Sports
COGNITIVE
-Students will demonstrate specific skill knowledge and development for each unit
-Students will follow daily expectations. Changed and in attendance lines at the beginning of class.
PSYCHOMOTOR
-Students will demonstrate competency in many movement forms.
AFFECTIVE
-Students will demonstrate good sportsmanship towards classmates during activities.
