Fees and Insurance

In-Network status

I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:

• Medicaid (Title 19, please note: I do not contract with Medicaid HMOs)

• Aetna

• HPS

• Tricare

If you have out-of-network benefits, our office is happy to submit claims on your behalf. We can also check your benefits and provide cost-of-treatment estimates, as your insurance may cover a significant portion of the fees.

UnitedHealthcare

Credentialing is currently in progress. In-network participation is anticipated between mid-October and early November 2026; however, the timing and final approval are not guaranteed. Until participation is officially confirmed, I am not an in-network UnitedHealthcare provider. 

Standard Self-Pay Rates

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $220

• Standard Therapy Session (53 minutes): $200

• Brief Session (30 minutes): $100

• Non-Session Services: For services outside of scheduled appointments (e.g., record review, school meetings), the rate is $200 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Sliding Scale

A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available on a case-by-case basis. Discounts are generally capped at $50 per hour, with the minimum effective rate being $150 per hour.
