**Starting Oct 1 we will no longer use accounts from Cash APP, Pay pal o rother non-banks Services they are not FDIC insured for losses or theft. Please use the Wisely Card by ADP.

Open with Google docs to complete Job application save as "ApplicationYourname".pdf
2.Casey life skills only open assessments save link as Yourname.xlxs
go to Assessment tab
3. Download and complete the I-9 Save copy as "I9yourName".pdf

step 6. A Job coach will contact you by email and provide your Illinois Worknet login information. If he or she asks you to send completed forms and I9 verification please be prepared to send them in.

1. Proof of Citizenship. What happens if I don't have my birth certificate. Answer: You can use your passport as proof of citizenship, or you may have to order your birth certificate.
2.Do we get paid for filing out our application,I-9, w-4, Casey life skills and Job assessment. Answer: No you do not because this is a state funded grant and is a requirement of Illinois Worknet IYIP Program.
3. What happens when I complete my documents. You will need to send a message to your Job coach at IYFS@ilyouth.org and introduce yourself and when asked to e-mail all documents to your job coach at IYFS@ilyouth.org
4. Last step: Your Job coach will send you a link and assign you a password and login to Illinois Worknet to complete your Job assessment.
5. When can I start working? Answer: Once you have completed all documents and assessments in Illinois Worknet contact your coach, The coach will assign you a ADP link to sign up for a payroll debit card or direct deposit.
6. What happens if i can't login to ADP? You must use chrome browser only. ADP link will not operate on safari or firefox browser.
7. How often will I be paid. Answer: You will be paid every 2 weeks or bi-weekly.
8. How will I receive my pay. When starting the program for the first time many of those who don't have a prior bank account will receive a check. Your supervisor at your job site will have your check. Then 10 days after signing with ADP you will receive a direct deposit or debit card if you choose.
9. What happens if I forget my ADP password. Go to Myadp.com Look for password change
10. How many hours can I work. You can only work 40 hours per pay period or Bi-weekly. If You go beyond 40 hours Bi-weekly Your site Manager will be responsible for paying you the remainder.
