In 2006, Natalie earned a Level 4 diploma as a Weight Management Consultant, focusing on the psychology of individuals' relationships with food. Natalie has obtained her diploma in psychodynamic counselling with a BACP accredited course in 2011. . Natalie is also a qualified and accredited Family Mediator, having completed her FMC training at ADRG London in 2016. Additionally, she has undertaken business coaching up to ILM Level 5 and is currently working towards her degree in psychology.
For the last 20 years Natalie has been working with clients in both group settings and individually. Working as a coach using an integrative approach drawing from her extensive skills in counselling. As a SEND Advocate supporting parents and individuals with neurodiversity in their lives.
As a parent to two neurodiverse children, one of whom has incredibly complex and profound needs, Natalie has gained a deep personal understanding of neurodiversity. Combined with the skills she has acquired over the last 20 years, this unique perspective allows her to genuinely help clients process their thoughts and move forward.
Natalie is a dynamic training consultant who designs and delivers a wide array of workshops—including assertiveness, motivation, navigating change, confidence building, self-esteem enhancement, and neurodiversity awareness. She collaborates with schools, charities, and businesses of all sizes to empower individuals and teams.
As a SEND & Neurodiversity advocate, Natalie specialises in working with businesses and charities to help them understand and support their neurodiverse employees or those who have neurodiversity and/or SEND in their lives. This is something she feels passionate about, and she runs various workshops and courses, as well as providing 1:1 support sessions for employees.
