Finance Committee - This job entails working with taxes, bank account, fundraising, and keeping financial records. It also involves setting budgets and working with other committees to make sure all costs are being met. Additionally, seeking out opportunities with the Sponsorship Committee to come up with ideas on how to increase revenue for the league will be a regular responsibility for those working in this committee. All members will report to Zayaan Tirmizi, the Director of Finances.
Expansion Committee - This committee is responsible for all non-profit related business and increasing the exposure of the league. Members will be responsible for working with the Finance Committee on ideas for fundraising as well as Sonya Dhussa, the Director of Publicity and Marketing, on how to expand the Instagram and gain new exposure. All members report to Sharvil Dahale, the Director of Expansion.
Sponsorship Committee - This committee will be responsible for working with local organizations and businesses to gain funding for the GPCA. This involves heavy interpersonal skills as well as the ability to maintain constant ties with the businesses we plan to work with. In other words, there's lots of management within this role. All members will report directly to Alok Shah, Director of Sponsorships.
Sport Management Committee - This committee is most active during the season. The committee plans out the league schedule, communicates updates with captains, introduces new ideas to league play, and manages any grievances during the season. Additonally, purchases of equipment will be made by the Sport Management Committee, as approved by the Finance Committee. All members will report directly to Sharv Mahajan, Director of Sport Management.
