This Virtual Calming Room is a place for all students and families to utilize strategies to help manage their emotions and feelings.

Are you feeling:

OVERWHELMED?

ANXIOUS?

AGITATED?

No matter what your feelings may be right now, we want you to know that they are valid.

A Virtual Calming Room is a tool to offer you support.

Recommended use:

If experiencing anxiety/stress in class please try to use a coping skill for 5 minutes and do your best to remain in class. If that does not work set a 15 minute timer and use one of the activities/skills on this page. When the timer ends, please try to return to class.
