To register your child at NCHS Redhawk Preschool you must turn in the registration packet (provided by Melissa Keller via email) including the following items:

• The nonrefundable preschool fee (checks made out to NCHS)

  • $200 for full year preschool

• Emergency Contact Form

• Getting to Know Your Preschooler Form

• Permission Slips:

  • Photographs of your child

  • Visiting the local park

  • Visiting animals

• Physical and Immunization Form: filled out by you and your doctor

  • Be sure YOU fill out AND sign the health history and allergy portion of the physical form. It is the top half of the back of the physical form.

• Digital Picture of your child: Please send a digital picture of your child so we can get to know them before preschool starts.

• Your child is not registered until we received the preschool fee and paperwork (emergency contact form, physical form, getting to know you form, and permission slips) AND you receive confirmation from me that your child is registered.
