All Business INCubatoredu teams participate in Academic Pitches at their high school near the end of the second semester. From these pitches, sixteen teams are selected to advance to the semi-finals at the District Administrative Center. Of these sixteen, four teams will move on to the Business INCubatoredu Pitch Night to compete for business funding. The remaining semi-finalist teams will become wild card teams. At Pitch Night, attendees can vote for two wild card teams to pitch and compete for funding alongside the other finalists.

At Pitch Night, a panel of judges determines which teams are awarded funding for their business. Awards are $1,000; $2,000; and $3,000!

Additionally, individual INVESTORS are also welcome to work directly with student teams to negotiate investment and ownership terms.
