Bay Area Region 4 Multilingual Learner Leadership Network (MLLN) is a collaborative that believes in elevating best practices and leveraging the expertise of the region to build local capacity. We aim to empower LEAs to continuously improve their quality, assets-based programs to serve our multilingual learners in alignment to the English Learner Roadmap.
