$50 - Real Estate eDocs (per set)
15 cents- General Printing (per Page)
Forms & Templets
If a client does not have the proper form and they Must be provided
by the notary an additional fee will be charged for standard forms $15/ a form
After Hour Fee
$20 - outside normal business hours (M-F 9 am to 5pm), Noon to 5 pm weekends)
Holiday Fee
$20- Waived if appointment booked in advance
Cancellation Fee: $ 25 - cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer cannot sign or refuses to sign after the notary arrives....
