If a client does not have the proper form and they Must be provided

After Hour Fee
$50 - outside normal business hours (M-F 9 am to 5pm), Noon to 5 pm weekends)
Holiday Fee
$50- Waived if appointment booked in advance
Cancellation Fee: $ 25 - cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer cannot sign or refuses to sign after the notary arrives....
