The North Andover Athletic Association Launches Its First Annual Capital Campaign -- And We Need You With Us!

In 1991, the Town of North Andover made the difficult decision not to fully fund North Andover High School (NAHS) Athletics. Since then, our student-athletes have shouldered the burden, paying to play so teams can simply take the field. Even with these fees, the Athletic Department has been forced to make tough choices year after year—often ending each season with far too few resources to meet the needs of our programs.

This year, we’re changing that narrative.
The NAAA is calling on our community to help us raise $100,000 by June 30th, 2026—to strengthen our athletic programs, reduce the financial strain on families, and ensure every student can compete, grow, and thrive.

Why Now?

North Andover is in the midst of a major renovation to the NAHS athletic complex, including a brand-new synthetic turf field, rebuilt tennis courts, improved throwing areas, upgraded track lighting, and refreshed fencing and walkways.

These upgrades are an incredible step forward—but they don’t tell the full story.

Critical enhancements not included in the town’s project remain unfunded: items like a new multipurpose scoreboard and other facility improvements that will elevate the experience for our high school athletes and the hundreds of youth athletes who share these fields every week.

This is our moment to match the town’s investment with community-powered impact.

• Scorer’s table and scoreboards in Crozier Gymnasium

• A new sound system for Walsh Stadium

• Weight room, cheer, and wrestling equipment

• Portable AEDs for our athletic training staff

• Annual scholarships for deserving athletes
