SPNB and Naim to build a recreational park in Vista Perdana Phase 2

Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) and Naim Group of Companies will jointly contribute a recreational park in Vista Perdana Phase 2 as part of their corporate social responsibility commitment.

Their plan was revealed recently, in the presence of Housing and Local Government Minister, YB Puan Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin and Assistant Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture Sarawak, YB Datuk Lee Kim Shin at SPNB’s Handing Over of House Key Ceremony at Naim Southlake Clubhouse, Miri.

Aimed to encourage nearby residents to adopt an active and healthier lifestyle, the recreational park will be beautifully landscaped and equipped with various facilities including a children’s playground, jogging pathway and activities corner.

Vista Perdana Phase 2 developed by SPNB features a total of 789 units of affordable housing, comprising of a mix of single-storey terrace houses, single-storey semi-detached houses and single-storey detached homes.

SPNB is a company owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated) under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Local Government. Established in 1997, SPNB aims to provide affordable homes for Malaysians. Naim was the appointed contractor for the development.
