Registration and Payment

Registration & Fees:

To register, CLICK HERE. The registration fee is $150.00 to attend. Registration and payment are due by June 1^st, 2018. Payment can be made online with a credit card or by mailing a check payable to: North Central WI AHEC, 10208 Park Plaza Ste. D, Rothschild, WI 54474. Cancellation Policy:

In the event you are unable to attend the Academy after registering, a full refund, less a $5.00 fee, will be provided when canceling your registration prior to June 1, 2018. A partial refund in the amount of $75.00 will be refunded when canceling prior to July 1, 2018. After July 1^st, no refund is provided, however, you may substitute another individual to attend in your place. A cancellation request must be in writing and sent to Christina Patrin at cpatrin@nahec-wi.org.
