演題登録　Abstract submission

• 口頭発表：発表9分、質疑応答5分     

9-minute oral presentation, 5 -minute Q&A

• ポスター発表　7月12日　掲示時間  開場(8:45)からー16時まで　

Poster presentation: Posting time 8:45 -16:00 

申し込み方法 How to apply 

• サイトの都合により、Word ファイルおよびPDFファイルでの演題登録にご協力いただいております。

• 下記よりダウンロードした①利益相反申告書を記入(ファイル名 利益相反.pdf)、②登録フォーム（登録. docx）、③抄録テンプレート(抄録.docx)の3点を　east40th@nagano-nurs.ac.jp　あてに送付し、演題登録してください。

• 事務局での整理のため、ファイル名の末尾にお名前を入れていただけますと幸いです。　例：利益相反_yamada.docx

• 口演発表パワーポイント用COI開示テンプレート（COI開示.pptx）もダウンロードされます。こちらは口演発表スライドにご使用ください。

• 発表時間やスライド・ポスターについての詳細は、下記の「演者の皆様へ」を参照してください。

• 抄録をプログラム委員会での査読後、結果を登録者に事務局からメールでご連絡いたします。

• 筆頭発表者は、日本国際保健医療学会の会員である必要があります。

Please complete (1) the Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Form downloaded below (file name: COI.pdf), and submit it together with (2) the Registration Form (Registration.docx) and (3) the Abstract Template (Abstract.docx) by email to　east40th@nagano-nurs.ac.jp to complete your abstract submission.

We would appreciate it if you could add your name at the end of each file name (e.g., COI_yamada.docx).

The COI disclosure template for oral presentations (COI_Disclosure.pptx) will also be available in the downloaded folder.  Please use this template in your oral presentation slides. 

Please see the document titled “For Presenters” below for details on presentation time and slide and poster preparation. 

After peer review by program committee, the results will be sent to the registrant  by e-mail form the secretariat. The first author must be a member of the Japan Association for Global Health.
