7月12日の口演会場、シンポジウム会場は、上記の会議室１－３を開放したスペースになります。ポスター会場は「フリースペース」です。

7月12日　フリースペース及びイベントスペースに席を配置しています。飲食が可能です。

アーク諏訪3階に自販機、カフェがあります。

会場アーク諏訪1階にスーパー「ツルヤ上諏訪店」、 上諏訪駅前に「ファミリーマート上諏訪駅前店」「New days」があります。

会場内　フリースペース、イベントスペースで飲食可能です。ただし施設内に容器等のゴミ箱はありません。
