On Crisis and Climates

1. Why do Filipinos suffer every time there's a crisis or calamity? Because they are not prepared.

2. Why are they not prepared? Because they didn't know what they should do.

3. Why didn't they know what to do? Because they have not been effectively informed or educated.

4. Why have they not been effectively informed or educated? Because the Government didn't communicate their plans properly

5. Why didn't the Government communicate their plans properly? Because the Government should be more proactive in identifying the unforeseen crisis, coming up with a risk management plan, and developing the right communication channels to effectively educate the Filipinos, especially those that are vulnerable.
