Before Booking:

How can I prepare for my henna appointment?

  • Come to your appointment with the area being drawn on clean, exfoliated, and free of any lotions or oils.

  • Allow approximately thirty minutes for the henna to dry, about an hour to be able to cover the area.

  • It is recommended to keep henna on a minimum of 4 hours, the longer - the better!

  • With the first day of henna application, be sure to avoid any water. It's best to shower before your appointment.

  • When the henna is taken off, it will start out as a bright orange color and darken to a dark red/brown color. It is normal for the henna to be light in color at first!

  • After the henna is taken off, applying coconut oil or olive oil will help to protect the henna stain from water.

  • All in all; don't pick it off, don't wash it off, and keep the design away from water for the first day. It is normal for the henna to flake off on its own throughout the day!

How do I book a henna party with you?

  • Party rates are $100 per hour, with a two hour minimum and travel fees. Send an email or text with your name, type of event, date of the event, and location.

How do I book a private henna appointment with you?

  • I have a $40 minimum for henna. We will meet at a local coffee shop in the Fuquay-Varina/Holly Springs are or Apex area. If I am traveling to your home, I require a $75 minimum for a private appointment.

  • To get a price quote, send an email or text with photos of the size and style you would like. If you have no preference on design, you can pick a price point and I will create a custom piece for you!

  • Designs smaller than $40 will be done at local pop-up markets. Email or text me with a list of locations I will pop-up at during the month! Or check my instagram for dates and locations.

Is henna on the belly when pregnant safe?

  • Of course! I hand make all my henna and use safe ingredients. I do recommend consulting with your doctor regarding the topical use of lavender or eucalyptus essential oil.

  • Prices for belly henna begin at $75, sending photos will help in giving an exact quote.
