The Statistics Institute of Mozambique started to work with NADABAS in 2004. With this software, we are connected in a network with access in real time to data sources used in the compilation of the national accounts. These data sources are saved in the database. The software helps us to:

• Compile product flows, production accounts and institutional sector accounts (general government, financial corporations and the rest of the world

• Reconcile the estimates of GDP by the production and expenditure approaches.

NADABAS is a safe software. Different levels of access can be created for administrators and regular compilers. This provides data security.
