New Mexico Dual Credit Partnerships, an affiliated chapter of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP), is a unified coalition of dual credit stakeholders that serves as a collaborative resource and advocat for equitable dual credit access and student success.

President, UNM-Taos
Kelsey Mead has served as the Dual Enrollment Program Specialist since 2022, partnering with school districts across Northern New Mexico to expand dual credit access for high school students. Before joining UNM-Taos, she worked in nonprofit and alternative education settings. Kelsey is committed to educational equity and centers her work on place-based learning and an assets-based approach that honors students’ cultural capital.
Vice President, San Juan College
Annie Willmon has worked in higher education for 20 years across public and private institutions in North Carolina, Colorado, Alaska, and New Mexico, supporting the learning and development of students, faculty, and staff. For the past decade at San Juan College, she has led initiatives in outdoor recreation, student activities, employee leadership development, and academic instruction, including teaching a first-year seminar and serving as interim academic dean for the School of Business, IT, and Social Sciences. Since August 2019, Dr. Willmon has coordinated the college’s Dual Credit program, the second largest in New Mexico. She recently earned her PhD in Higher Education.
Secretary, CNM
Cassie Caze serves as a Business Process analyst for Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) and has worked there since 2022. She specializes in Dual Credit within her role at the college and continuously works to improve the college experience for Dual Credit students attending CNM. She contributes to the matriculation process for dual credit students and moving them into Degree seeking status at the college. She currently serves as the Secretary for NMDCP.
Secondary Representative, Digital Arts & Technology Academy (DATA)
Kristin Reeder has worked in New Mexico schools since 2006, most of this time as a school counselor and dual credit coordinator. She is currently at Digital Arts & Technology Academy in Albuquerque where she is the Dean of Student Culture, focusing on restorative practices, school engagement, and graduation. In this capacity, she works with students to take at least two dual credit courses by graduation, and help to understand their opportunities and pathway after high school. She also supports DATA's dual credit programming through course sequencing and alignment, teacher credentials, and teacher support. Kristin has also served as a board member of the New Mexico School Counselor Association from 2018-2026.
Postsecondary Representative, UNM
Danielle Berrien is the Academic Advisement Coordinator for the Dual Credit program at UNM-Albuquerque, where she has worked since 2019. Her role includes working with high school students, their families and counselors – offering information or guidance on dual credit eligibility, the application process, and campus resources in support of early college enrollment. She also co-hosts UNM’s Transfer & Transition Student Center which sponsors the annual UNM National Transfer Student Week activities.
Membership/Communications Chair, CNM
Amanda Martinez serves as the Executive Director of P20 Strategic Partnerships at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), where she has worked for 16 years. In this role, she leads CNM’s efforts to collaborate with K–12 districts and community partners, advancing dual credit strategy, improving alignment of educational pathways, and expanding opportunities for students statewide. She is passionate about student success and committed to strengthening the bridge between K–12 and higher education to support New Mexico’s future workforce.
