Hello, I'm Terry Pollard, owner of MZ Remodeling. Thank you for stopping by. Here in Tulsa and the surrounding areas, we're proud to be "The Honey Do Experts," specializing in the small home repairs and projects that make a big difference. We believe the way we leave a job site is a direct reflection of who we are, and we take immense pride in our work.

Our Story

The "M.Z." in our name stands for my two daughters, Mya and Zoe—they’re the inspiration behind this business. My journey began after more than a decade in the flooring industry, where I managed large-scale operations for multi-family clients. While I gained incredible experience, I knew my true passion was working directly with home and business owners, building and fixing things with my own hands.

My love for this work started long ago, working on projects with my dad, who was an excellent carpenter and an even better teacher. That foundation, combined with my professional experience managing over 30 installation crews and complex logistics, has shaped the way I work today. As a carpenter and general contractor, I bring a high level of professionalism and a lifetime of hands-on skill to every project.
