Does your dog bark, lunge, or struggle to stay calm when they see other dogs or people on walks? Our Leash Reactivity Track provides a clear, supportive pathway to help you and your dog enjoy walks with more ease and less stress.
Every journey begins with a people-only consultation (no dogs present). This gives us a chance to:
Discuss your dog’s history, triggers, and routines
Review safety management, gear, and your goals
Outline the step-by-step training plan
This session sets the foundation for everything we’ll do together.
Before joining group setups, each team builds skills through one-on-one lessons tailored to your dog. These private sessions focus on:
Foundation exercises (U-turns, hand targets, engage/disengage)
Handler mechanics and timing
Building coping strategies in a low-stress environment
Small group sessions with plenty of distance and, when needed, visual barriers. Focus on handler mechanics, canine coping skills, and agency-based exercises.
Gradual exposure to more realistic setups: controlled pair work, parallel walking, and closer distances with more movement and distractions.
Take your skills into the real world. Sessions progress from quiet neighborhoods to gradually busier areas, helping you and your dog succeed outside the classroom.
✨ This track is about steady, realistic progress — not quick fixes. Each stage is designed to meet you and your dog where you are, ensuring safety and success every step of the way.
