Earning your High School Diploma may not be the right path for you on your journey as an adult education student. An alternative established by the State of California to earning a diploma is completing a high school equivalency tests to earn a High School Equivalency Certificate. One version of the tests is offered through GED. Tustin Adult School offers preparatory classes to get you ready to take the GED tests.

GED tests are broken up into four different subject area tests: Mathematical Reasoning, Reasoning Through Language Arts, Social Studies and Science. GED.com is a great resource if you are interested in more information.
