Question: What is the return policy?
Answer: We offer returns within a 30 day time period. When this period expires, returns will no longer be accepted.
Question: What are the shipping options?
Answer: Depending on which store your backpack was bought from, you may get your product shipped in many ways. If you bought it from our official website, you will be able to choose between priority mail, international shipping, or flat-rate shipping.
Question: What do I do if I never received my order?
Answer: You can contact us via Contact form or call/email us. If you have proof of your order or a reciept and something to show you didn't receive the product, we can help figure out what happened.
Question: Where are your stores located?
Answer: We will be selling our backpacks within company stores such as, ex: Target, Costco.
Question: What if I get the wrong item?
Answer: Reach out to our customer service hotline, we will have the backpack shipped back and will send you the product of your liking.
Question: How do I return an item?
Answer: We will provide you with a store where you can return your item when you send us an email saying you need to return your product. You can also return your item at any store that is selling our backpack too.
