Grief

Grief is our reaction to a death or loss. Grief is when you lose someone or something very special to you. This could be a person, pet or even a special toy. Emotionally, we go through many phases during grief. People respond in a variety of ways, most of which are normal and appropriate. Below you will see the typical stages of grief. Sometimes we all need guidance and help to get through difficult situations. I encourage everyone to talk about their feelings with an adult. Just having someone to talk to can make healing easier.
