Classroom Libraries

Our classrooms include a lending library that students may borrow from during independent reading time. We want families to have a say in what their child reads. This form lets you review the collection and let us know if there are any titles or categories you'd prefer your child not select. As additional titles are added to classroom libraries, families will be notified by classroom teacher. Students may NOT check out books from the classroom library until this form is completed and returned.
