"Why are are doing this?" - This is explained on the home page!
"Can you give me the link?" - You have to go directly through google sites.
"I got the question wrong on the google form and now I can't fill it out." - The question is no longer there, try again!
"Why was my access blocked?" - You were probably editing something you weren't supposed to. You should receive an email and get access again.
"I doubt this would happen, but what if someone broke a rule, what would happen?" - Your access would be blocked, see the question above.
