November 7-17 Possible date to call Special City Council meeting where Canvass of Election Returns will be conducted if no outstanding military, overseas,
provisional ballots, or ballots contained in defective carrier envelopes that were or could be corrected by voters remain to be counted otherwise a Special City Council Meeting can be called between Nov. 7, 2025 through November 17, 2025.
