Continuous Professional Development is needed to teach and deal with the alpha generation students. It can be achieved by working on innovative pedagogies, developing new skills and techniques. SOP for teacher training: 

• Whenever you would be registering for any training which is there during school working hours you need to take prior permission from management before registering for the same or it would be considered as leave.

•  If the training is for a specific department, have a word with your co teachers and prefer those who have not attended such training earlier. 

• Subject coordinators will be sharing the trainings to the respective departments.

• Not more than 2 people from the same  department should register for the training if it is during school working hours. 

• Teachers who will be attending such training (offline) representing their department have to conduct inhouse training for the rest of the staff and share their learning.

•  They also need to give insight regarding how the learning can be imparted in current teaching.
