On-the-Job Training (OJT):

On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs provide employers with an opportunity to hire and train new employees while they work. Employers can receive reimbursement for a portion of the wages paid to trainees during the training period, easing the financial burden of bringing new talent on board.

Incumbent Worker Training Grant Opportunities:

Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) grant opportunities enable employers to invest in the skills development of their existing workforce. Transitional Employment:
