Mandatory Student Performer Fees
All student performers are required to pay a student performer fee in order to participate in our spring musical. This fee will cover scripts, show t-shirt as well as production and performer materials (i.e. make-up/hair/costumes).
This fee is due by January 31, 2025 and can be paid by scanning the QR code or visiting MySchoolBucks-Newsies Performer Fee.
If you have 2 or more children in the production, please reach out to Mrs. T as there is a sibling discount.
No student will be excluded from the production due to financial need. Please reach out to Mrs. T directly if you need financial assistance.
Attendance Policy
Please read through our attendance policy. This was all shared at our family meeting as well.
All students are expected to attend any rehearsal they are called to.
There are absolutely NO excused absences during Tech Week and for performances. Students must perform in all 3 performances.
Schedule Conflicts/Reporting Schedule Conflicts
Any previously shared schedule conflicts that were included on the student permission slip you signed are considered excused.
If a schedule conflict arises on a day your student has rehearsal, please communicate with Mrs. T immediately. Ideally, it is best if students either leave early or arrive late to rehearsal versus missing it altogether.
All conflicts must be emailed to Mrs. T at least 24 hours in advance if the conflict is sudden. However, please plan accordingly and alert Mrs. T to any conflicts as soon as possible.
Absence Policy
If a student is absent and there is no communication at least 24 hours prior, that is considered an unexcused absence. This includes if a student leaves early with no notice.
Students who miss more than 3 rehearsals may be excused from the show.
If your student leaves school due to being ill, please let Mrs. T know via email at your earlier convenience.
