The Hawks Winterfest is an event that brings the community together. This festive gathering features a variety of activities for all ages. Attendees can enjoy face painting, live music performances, fresh-baked goodies, crafts and artwork, photography, stocking stuffers, and so much more.

Our event sponsor is PTSA. The Lake Howell High School PTSA (Parent - Teacher - Student Association) is dedicated to building a strong, collaborative relationship between parents, school staff, and the community.

Vendors may arrive as early as 6:00am to set up. Ms. Axelrod will be on campus if you need to contact her with any issues. If you are bringing a trailer, please let us know so we can arrange a time for you to pull in with your supplies.
When you arrive, you may pull in, in front of your spot, to unload. Please ensure you are entering to the right of the oval so everyone's cars are facing the same direction.
If you would prefer to park first (in front of football field) and then bring a wagon or cart to your spot, you are welcome to.
Access will be provided. Please bring your own electric cords.
All payment matters should be taken up with Ms. Axelrod. Payment may also be made directly to the Hawk Shop My School Bucks Account. Payment must be made in advance of the event, by Thursday December 12th.

Outside Vendors are encouraged to source suitable insurance for the event. Please see the example COI. The COI allows the vendor to permission to enter the school's property. This applies to our food vendors for this event. Please submit to Christine Miller at president@lhhsptsa.com
