GRADVENTURE Field Trip IMPORTANT INFO.
We are excited to announce that Indian Trails Middle School will be going to Universal Studios Orlando for the GRADVENTURE field trip! This field trip is a special event where ITMS 8th graders will be able to enjoy both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure after hours with other Middle Schools across the state and out of state.

What: Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure
When: May 21st from 3:00 pm until 12:00 am
We will arrive at the school between 11:45pm- midnight
Cost: $180 per student or Option to pay in 3 installments of $60, all due by 4/17/2026

Approved chaperones: $90
o Cost includes transportation, meal voucher, admission to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure,
and an ITMS 8th grade field trip t-shirt.
Chaperone: SIGN UP
Chaperones will be notified via email by 4/20 if selected. You will have 48 hours to purchase your ticket via MySchoolBucks. If the ticket has not been purchased by the end of day of 4/22 we will select the next person in line, in the order in which they signed up.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Chaperones are asked to attend all WebEx meetings prior to the field trip. These meetings are required and help ensure that everyone is well prepared and informed about student safety and expectations. If a chaperone is unable to attend a meeting, they must contact Ms. Castro to receive the necessary orientation and information. Chaperones who miss a meeting without following up may be replaced.
Who: This trip is open to all ITMS 8th graders whose behavior is in good standing.
o Good standing means No in-school or out of school suspension between January 7 - May 22, 2026
AND No more than ONE referral between March 23 - May 22, 2026
