The Foundry expands student learning beyond traditional school store operations by functioning as a county-wide and community-facing production and business services center. Unlike the Hawk Shop's focus on retail sales, the Foundry allows students to:

• Manage bulk apparel and promotional product orders

• Work directly with community organizations, business partners, schools, and departments

• Create custom quotes and job estimates

• Process vendor purchases and production orders

• Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows

• Manage large-scale inventory purchasing

• Track project profitability

• Reconcile deposits and payments

• Collaborate with graphic design, marketing, and other CTE programs

• Develop business-to-business (B2B) relationships and advertising partnerships
