Return to things that have made you happy in the past.
Reach out to people you’ve lost contact with. Reaching out to people that care about you may be incredibly helpful in finding needed support.
Write a letter to yourself for times when you are feeling stuck.
Think about what has gotten you this far.
Find someone who is comfortable talking with you about the serious stuff. Your School Counselor is someone who is comfortable to talk with you!
